サン ラファエル コンフォート クラス ホテル - フォス・ド・イグアス

エレベーターがちょっと狭いので団体がいると利用しずらいが、基本的にはとても満足のいくホテル。　　掃除もゆきとどいており、快適に過ごす事が出来た。

バスターミナルから離れているのが不便だった。

It is located right in the commercial center of Foz do Iguacu. Therefore everything (restaurants, bars, shops) is easily accessible. The rooms are comfortable.

Hordes of loud tourists were assaulting the breakfast tables at the restaurant. Not an ideal situation early in the morning! But, of course, probably it is not like this every day.

The hotel was in a central location of the town and had easy access to some of the most interesting eateries in the city. The hotel itself has the best lunch and dinner buffet available for the price and variety that I have ever seen, at BR$8 and BR$ 15 respectively.

The hotel lobby is not very attractive and the room is rather small, though they did have new tvs. If it were not because of the convenience of having transport provided from that hotel, we would have chosen a nicer hotel.

One receptionist was very kind and helpful.

The worst was fake with free taxi pick-up from the airport. That was the reason we choose this hotel. Taxi from the airport had to be free (see hotel webside). We send many times email to the hotel, nobody answered, it looked like undelivered. We called to hotel one night before our arrival, but it was said to us, that it is too late, they didnt get email.... so we must pay half of normal price, so in the end we paid only 25R . We spoke with other people and they had the same problem. Taxi driver offered us some trips to waterfalls, if we accept, airport pick-up would be free. So it is with the offer? Is taxi driver working for hotel, or he is businessman? It was really very unpleasant.

Rooms dated, bathroom with fungi, noise from neighbour rooms and service (is it necessary to make a thorough cleaning of the carpet in the aisle at 9:00 am? Hot water not always hot.

Cheguei no hotel às 2:00 hs da madrugada, (depois de ter avisado por telefone que por condições meteorológicas eu estava presa em Porto Alegre sem saber qual o horário de chegada em Foz do Iguaçu) e meu quarto solicitado com acomodação para 3 pessoas não existia! Tive que contentar com um quarto muito pequeno onde havia uma cama de casal (não havia sequer um colchão para colocar no chão) . Na hora do check-out eu tive que pedir um desconto referente aquela diária o que deveria ter sido no mínimo concedido automaticamente. (Nota: a reserva foi feita com mais de um mes de antecedenciae permaneci no hotel por 7 dias ! )

hotel abgewohnt, bei dem gaestedurchlauf verstaendlich. sollte renoviert werden.lage gut. fuer internet wird am hotelcomputer 4 reales fuer die halbe stunde verlangt. klima anlage defekt auch nach mehrmaligen reklamieren nicht verstellbar.
